Donation Refund Policy

Anshei Moshe Chabad Inc., operating as Chabad of Boro Park, is grateful for every donation. Because donations directly fund our programs and operations, contributions are generally non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe a donation was made in error — for example, an incorrect amount, a duplicate charge, or an unauthorized transaction — please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will review the request in good faith and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Tax Receipts

If a refund is issued, any tax acknowledgment previously provided for that donation is void to the extent of the refunded amount.
